Shipping method? We ship only in the United States for now via USPS.
By declining the signature confirmation on an offer, you (the buyer) are waiving your right to file an INR (item not received) claim and would not be eligible for a refund. If we feel an order will require direct signature confirmation, we may add it to your order at no additional charge. This is usually the case on high-ticket or large quantity orders.
We take the shipping process seriously. Your order is guaranteed to be packed securely to avoid any damage to your items or their box (if applicable).
Orders placed after 6:00PM PST will be shipped after one business day unless noted otherwise. Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your order being shipped. Please keep in mind of Fridays and Holidays as well.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Do you accept returns/refunds?
All shirts are printed on demand and for this reason..
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the fact that our shirts are made-to-order, returns and exchanges will only be accommodated if issues arise due to our fault or error.
This includes but not limited to:
- Damaged goods
- Wrong item received
- Wrong size received
- not receiving the item 30+ days after the order was placed
For all other instances that you ordered the wrong size and need an exchange, please keep in mind that we don't hold any inventory due to the nature of our business being print-on-demand. You will need to contact laplusultora@gmail.com and expect a whole shipping process to take place in order for you to receive your correct size so please double check the size chart or order one tee for your first purchase to see if the size is to your liking.
